Your Stay

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Check-in method

Check-in instructions will be provided after your reservation is confirmed and before your stay. Please refer to the pre-arrival information for details on how to enter the property.

Early check-in / late check-out

Early check-in may be possible depending on the previous night's occupancy and same-day cleaning schedule. Please contact us the day before your stay to enquire. Additional fees apply if early check-in is available.

Late check-out is not available.

Can I leave luggage before check-in?

Luggage storage before check-in is not available. Thank you for your understanding.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Can minors stay without adults?

Stays by minors only, or by students only, are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited, including electronic cigarettes. An ashtray is provided in a designated outdoor area.

Are there rules about noise?

Use of the property for parties or events involving loud noise is strictly prohibited. Please keep noise to a reasonable level during the day as well and be considerate of neighbors. Conversation on the terrace is not permitted after 9:00 PM.

Maximum number of guests

The maximum capacity is 12 adults. If you are travelling with children, it may be possible to accommodate more than 12 guests. Please contact us. A total of 8 double beds are available.

What bed sizes and how many beds are available?

There are 8 double beds in total.

Children

Children are welcome. Two high chairs and two baby cots are available. Please supervise children carefully around stairs, bathrooms, the pool, and the sauna.

Cleaning during consecutive stays

Cleaning is not usually included during consecutive stays. If you would like cleaning or linen replacement during your stay, please contact us in advance.

Can towels and linens be replaced during my stay?

Towel and linen replacement is generally not available. Please use the washing machine and dryer. For long-term stays, please contact us to discuss options.

Reservations

Payment methods

Full payment by credit card is required in advance through the booking platform. On-site payment is not available. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us.

Can you issue a receipt?

Receipts can be issued for reservations made through our official website. If you booked through a booking platform, please contact that platform directly.

Same-day reservations

Same-day reservations are not accepted. Please book by the day before your intended stay.

Are long-term stays possible?

Long-term stays are possible.

Is there a cancellation waitlist?

A cancellation waitlist is not available. Please check availability regularly.

Cancellation policy

Up to 30 days before: 95% refund after deducting credit card processing fees. 8-30 days before: 50% refund. 7 days or less: no refund. The cancellation policy of the booking platform takes precedence.

Facilities

Baby equipment

Two high chairs and two baby cots are available.

Amenities

Amenities include toothbrush sets, cotton swabs, hair ties, cotton pads, hair dryer, and ReFa straight and curl irons. Towels are provided according to the number of guests.

Are roomwear or pajamas provided?

Roomwear and pajamas are not provided, so please bring your own.

Heated pool

Pool size is 3.5m x 7m x 1.2m deep. The pool is heated to 28-30°C from late April, around Golden Week, through the end of October. Water temperature may not reach the target level depending on outdoor temperatures. The pool is available year-round and can be used as a cold plunge after the sauna or enjoyed as a decorative feature in winter.

Are pool floats provided?

Pool floats are not provided, so please bring your own if needed.

BBQ

BBQ facilities are available on the terrace. Please check the reservation or pre-arrival information for detailed usage conditions and what to prepare.

What BBQ equipment is included?

A gas BBQ grill is provided. Charcoal is not required, so you can enjoy BBQ simply by bringing your preferred ingredients.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

EV charging

A 200V EV charging post is available in the parking area. Please bring your own charging cable.

Parking

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

Are a washing machine and dryer available?

A washing machine and dryer are available.

Is laundry detergent provided?

Laundry detergent is provided.

Cooking equipment and tableware

Cooking equipment includes refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave/oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, IH hot plate, frying pan, saucepan, mixing bowl, and colander. Tableware includes plates, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, forks, knives, chopsticks, and wine opener. Other items include two 2L water bottles, Nespresso capsules, black tea bags, and green tea bags.

Are condiments provided?

Salt, pepper, and olive oil are provided.

Sauna

The sauna can accommodate up to 5 people at once; 3 is recommended. Self-löyly is available, and aroma oils are provided.

Is the sauna available 24 hours?

The sauna is available 24 hours a day. You can use it at any time during your stay.

Is there a cold plunge?

There are two bathtubs in the bathroom, so one can be used as a cold plunge.

Hot spring

A free-flowing natural hot spring sourced from Owakudani is available. The water type is Acidic-Calcium-Sulfate Spring, pH 2-3. A shower room is available on the 2nd floor for guests who prefer not to use the hot spring. The bathroom has two tubs: one for the hot spring and one that can be used as a cold plunge or filled with plain hot water.

Is the hot spring available 24 hours?

The hot spring is free-flowing and available 24 hours a day. You can enjoy the hot spring at any time during your stay.

Fireworks

Fireworks are not permitted.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available throughout all rooms.

Area & Access

Nearby supermarkets and convenience stores

There is a Lawson convenience store about 5 minutes away by car, and a supermarket, A-Coop, about 8 minutes away by car. They tend to close relatively early, so please check their opening hours in advance.

Winter road conditions

Snow and icy roads may occur in winter. If you are coming by car, please prepare winter equipment such as snow tires or tire chains according to the weather conditions.

Shuttle service

Shuttle service is not provided. Please come by car or public transportation. See the Access page for directions.
