Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- Accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between the Facility and guests shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws and established customs.
- Where the Facility has agreed to special arrangements within the limits permitted by law and custom, such arrangements shall take precedence notwithstanding the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
- Persons wishing to apply for an accommodation contract must provide the following information:
- Name, address, age, gender, nationality, and occupation of the guest(s)
- Date of stay and expected arrival time
- Accommodation fee (in principle, the rate of the plan at time of booking)
- Guests under 18 years of age staying without a guardian must submit a written consent signed by a parent or guardian.
- High school students staying without a guardian must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Any other information deemed necessary by the Facility
- Upon request by the Facility, the applicant shall promptly submit a guest register including names, addresses, and contact details, even after the contract has been concluded.
- The Facility may contact the guest at the provided contact details to confirm the reservation prior to the scheduled stay.
- If a guest requests an extension of stay beyond the original departure date, the Facility will treat such a request as a new accommodation contract application.
Article 3 (Formation of Accommodation Contract)
- The accommodation contract is formed when the Facility accepts the application under the preceding article, unless the applicant cannot prove acceptance or the Facility proves non-acceptance.
- If the Facility has published or communicated an incorrect accommodation rate and a contract was concluded based on that rate, the Facility may declare such contract void on grounds of error under civil law, provided the rate is significantly lower than rates for adjacent dates without any indication such as "limited," "special," or "campaign." Notice will be provided promptly.
Article 4 (Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contract)
The Facility may decline to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
- The application does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- No rooms are available due to full occupancy.
- There is reason to believe the guest may engage in conduct that violates laws, public order, or good morals in relation to their stay.
- There is reason to believe the guest may disturb the peaceful order of the Facility through unreasonable complaints or demands.
- The guest is found to fall under any of the following categories (a) through (d):
- Designated organized crime groups or members thereof, quasi-members, or other antisocial forces as defined under the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members.
- Corporations or organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime groups or their members.
- Corporations with officers who qualify as members of organized crime groups.
- Antisocial organizations, their members, or related parties.
- The guest engages in conduct causing significant nuisance to other guests.
- The guest is clearly identified as having a communicable disease.
- The guest engages in loud singing, disorderly conduct, or other behavior that may disturb other guests.
- The guest is clearly unable to pay.
- The guest's behavior appears suspicious.
- Violent demands or unreasonable requests are made in relation to the stay.
- Accommodation is impossible due to natural disaster, facility failure, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- The guest is heavily intoxicated and may cause significant nuisance to other guests.
- The applicant concealed a commercial purpose at the time of application.
- The guest has a history of late payment or disputes with the Facility.
Article 5 (Guest's Right to Cancel)
- Guests may cancel an accommodation contract by notifying the Facility.
- If a guest cancels all or part of an accommodation contract, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy of the booking platform or this website.
- If a guest has not arrived by 11:00 PM on the day of check-in without prior notice, the Facility may treat the contract as cancelled by the guest.
Article 6 (Facility's Right to Cancel)
- The Facility may cancel an accommodation contract in the following cases:
- The guest engages or is likely to engage in conduct that violates laws, public order, or good morals in relation to their stay.
- The guest is found to be disturbing the peaceful order of the Facility through unreasonable complaints or demands.
- The guest falls under any of the following categories (a) through (c):
a. Organized crime groups, their members, quasi-members, or other antisocial forces.
b. Corporations or organizations controlled by organized crime groups or their members.
c. Corporations with officers who qualify as members of organized crime groups. - The guest engages in conduct causing significant nuisance to other guests.
- The guest is clearly identified as having a communicable disease.
- Violent demands or unreasonable requests are made in relation to the stay.
- Accommodation is impossible due to natural disasters (earthquake, typhoon, tsunami, volcanic eruption, torrential rain, etc.), terrorist attacks, international conflicts, requests under the Act on Special Measures against Pandemic Influenza and New Infectious Diseases Preparedness and Response, or other force majeure events.
- The guest is heavily intoxicated and may cause significant nuisance to other guests.
- The guest smokes in non-designated areas, tampers with fire safety equipment, or violates any prohibited conduct in the House Rules.
- The guest brings in prohibited items, including:
a. Hazardous materials such as explosives, gunpowder, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gases, or volatile oils
b. Perishable items, unsanitary materials, or anything emitting humidity, foul odor, or other unpleasant smells
c. Cats, birds, reptiles, or any other animals or pets (except dogs with prior permission)
d. Excessively large quantities of belongings
e. Any other items whose possession is prohibited by law - The guest refuses to register identification documents in the Facility's designated system.
- If the Facility cancels a contract under the preceding paragraph due to reason (7) above, fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded. In all other cases, fees for services not yet rendered will be retained as a cancellation penalty and will not be refunded.
Article 7 (Check-In Registration)
- On the day of arrival, guests must register the following information in the Facility's designated system:
- Name, age, gender, contact information, address, and occupation
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or My Number card)
- For foreign nationals: nationality, passport number, and passport
- Any other information deemed necessary by the Facility
Article 8 (Room Usage Hours)
- Guests may use their room from the designated check-in time until the designated check-out time. For consecutive nights, the room may be used all day except on the arrival and departure dates.
- Notwithstanding the above, the Facility may accommodate room usage outside these hours, subject to the following additional charges:
- From check-out time until 12:00 PM: ¥2,750 (tax included) per 15 minutes
- After 12:00 PM: the above rate plus one night's room charge for the check-out date
Article 9 (Compliance with House Rules)
Guests must comply with the House Rules established by the Facility during their stay.
Article 10 (Payment of Fees)
- The breakdown of fees payable by guests shall be as set out in the rate schedule on the booking platform or this website.
- Payment shall be made in advance through the booking platform or this website.
- Even if a guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the room has been made available, the accommodation fee will still be charged.
Article 11 (Facility's Liability)
- The Facility will compensate guests for damages caused in the performance of or failure to perform accommodation contracts and related agreements, unless such damages are not attributable to the Facility.
- The Facility maintains fire insurance and innkeeper's liability insurance to address emergency situations such as fires.
Article 12 (Handling When Contracted Room Cannot Be Provided)
- If the Facility is unable to provide the contracted room, it will, with the guest's consent, arrange alternative accommodation of equivalent conditions where possible.
- If alternative accommodation cannot be arranged, the Facility will pay the guest a compensation amount equivalent to the cancellation penalty, which will be applied toward damages. However, no compensation will be paid if the inability to provide the room is not attributable to the Facility.
Article 13 (Storage of Guest Belongings)
If valuables or personal belongings such as wallets or identification are left behind after check-out, the Facility will in principle await contact from the owner and follow their instructions. Items will be kept for one week from the date of discovery (including that day) unless the guest contacts the Facility. After that period, items will be disposed of. Food, items deemed unsanitary, clothing or miscellaneous goods, and disposable items will be disposed of on the day of discovery.
Article 14 (Parking Liability)
- When guests use the Facility's parking area, the Facility provides the space only and does not assume responsibility for vehicle management.
- The Facility accepts no responsibility for accidents, theft, or damage caused by natural disasters (earthquake, typhoon, tsunami, volcanic eruption, torrential rain, etc.).
Article 15 (Guest's Liability)
- If the Facility suffers damages due to the intentional or negligent acts of a guest, the guest shall compensate the Facility for such damages.
- If a guest believes that accommodation services provided differ from those contracted, they must promptly notify the Facility on-site in order to ensure smooth receipt of services.
- As the entire Facility is non-smoking except in designated areas, if smoking is confirmed inside a room or elsewhere in the Facility, the guest shall bear the cost of room cleaning, replacement of bedding and equipment, wallpaper replacement, and compensation for lost room sales.
- If the guest intentionally or accidentally damages or soils buildings, facilities, appliances, furniture, or other items, the guest shall bear the full cost of restoration, including materials and labor.
Article 16 (Disclaimer)
- The Facility accepts no liability for any accidents caused by natural disasters or by the negligence of guests, or for accidents resulting from non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Facility accepts no liability for damage to, theft of, or accidents involving guests' vehicles or personal belongings brought to the Facility.
- If nuisance is caused to neighbors or other guests, the matter may be reported to the police, in which case the guest concerned shall bear full legal responsibility.
- The contents of these Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
Article 17 (Refusal of Continued Use)
The Facility may refuse continued use in the following cases:
- The guest has engaged or is likely to engage in conduct undesirable to the Facility.
- The guest has violated these Terms and Conditions (including cases where the Facility determines there is a risk of violation).
Article 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising in connection with accommodation contracts between the Facility and guests shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of jurisdiction.

Notes
- Cancellation policies may differ by booking platform. Please check the policy for each plan.
- Cancellation fees are calculated from the date the Facility receives notice of cancellation.
- Percentages represent the cancellation fee as a proportion of the basic accommodation fee.
- If the length of stay is shortened, a cancellation fee will be charged for the unused nights in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- The above cancellation policy represents the base policy. The cancellation terms of the specific accommodation contract or booking platform may take precedence.
