1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 16:00 (no strict closing time)
• Check-out: By 10:00

※ Late check-out is not available due to cleaning schedules.
※ Early check-in may be possible depending on availability — please inquire the day before.
※ If check-out is delayed, cleaning staff may need to enter the property.

2. House Rules (Strictly Enforced)

• ID Verification: All guests must present valid ID. Guests without ID cannot stay.
• Maximum Occupancy: Exceeding the booked number of guests is strictly prohibited.
• Noise: Outdoor conversation and noise disturbing neighbors is prohibited from 21:00–7:00.
• No Smoking: Non-smoking throughout (indoors and outdoors), including e-cigarettes, except designated areas.
• No Pets: Animals are not permitted.
• No Shoes Indoors: Please remove shoes before entering the building.
• No Open Flames: Fireworks, fire pits, charcoal grills, etc. are strictly prohibited.
• Facilities & Equipment: Taking, damaging, or soiling equipment is prohibited.
• Students Only: Groups of students only are not accepted.

3. During Your Stay

• Property Use: This is a private villa rental, not a hotel. Please treat it as you would your own home.
• Self-Cleaning: Please tidy up before check-out (washing dishes, bagging trash, etc.).
• Trash: Sort and bag trash as instructed, and leave inside the property.
• Cleanliness: Excessive dirt or odors may result in additional cleaning fees.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for subjective reasons such as odors, insects, or temperature.

4. Natural Environment

• Altitude: Approx. 800m above sea level — about 6°C cooler than lowlands. Warm clothing is essential, especially in winter.
• Wildlife: Ants, centipedes, spiders, wild boar, monkeys, and other wildlife inhabit the area.
• Insects: We take preventive measures during cleaning, but complete prevention is not possible in this natural setting.

5. Access & Facilities

• Parking: 4 private parking spaces on the premises.
• Winter Access: Winter tires (studded or snow) strongly recommended. Pre-booking a taxi is advisable.
• Temperature: Mornings and evenings can be very cold. Please bring warm clothing.

6. Violations & Penalties

Serious rule violations (e.g., smoking, excessive noise, exceeding occupancy) may result in additional cleaning fees or penalty charges.
